The Mar de Arousa and Ulla Jubilee Tour Foundation and Padrón City Council issue the diploma to all crew staff and boats that meet the seal requirement of the Traslatio Navigation Credential issued by the Nautical Club San Vicente do Mar.

The sea traveller should obtain two stamps in two intermediate inland ports from the city councils located between San Vicente do Mar and Padrón, where they should stay at least an hour and seal the credential.

One stamp should be obtained at a harbour located in the Northen shore of the estuary or the Ulla River (Province of A Coruña) and, the second one, should be obtained at a harbour located in the Southen shore of the estuary or the Ulla River (Province of Pontevedra).
